The mission of NVUFC owner and Head Coach Brian Welsh is simple, "As soon as I started coaching in the United States, I saw a problem. Far too many talented kids with pro potential were falling between the cracks, due to a lack of opportunity and a flawed scouting system. My vision for our club is simple, to provide these players with the coaching, mentorship and platform to propel them to professional football and we are glad to have helped four players do so after only two seasons in the NPSL."
In only two seasons NVUFC have sent 6 of our players to the professional level in the United States and United Kingdom.
